Hydrocyclones

Here at VU, we manufacture purely focus on the P.U. Hydrocyclones & its Spare/Standby components. The auxiliaries namely Feed Pipe, Overflow Tank, Underflow Tank & the Cyclone itself are coated with our specialized abrasion resistant high-quality Polyurethane. Both the tanks are intricately designed to an incline in such a way that, both the final product & overflow get discharged under the influence of gravity. In order to make fitments and replacements easier than ever before, our Spigots & other spare parts are designed in ways that are unique only with our organization. Our Hydrocyclones have proved to be extremely efficient at fine separation sizes. (At fine separation sizes, our hydrocyclones have shown to be incredibly effective.)
The diameters of our hydrocyclones range from 10” all the way up to 25”, 40” & even more according to Customized specifications / Client requirements.
We also make spares of Hydrocyclone P.U. Liners as per user samples for their existing cyclones.
